PAYMENT POLICY-
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.

Payment Types:

  • cash
  • check
  • all major credit cards.

Tanning Parties (4 or More People):

  • A 50% deposit is required the week before your party unless
    authorized by Soak Up The Sun Tanning
*Payment with a credit card will incur a 5% transaction fee.
*These prices are subject to change.
*Travel fees are subject to change.
*If technician is charged for parking, a fee will be added to the price of clients service

CANCELLATION POLICY-
All services are by appointment only. I know life happens so if you need to cancel, please do so no less than 24 hours prior to your session. I have reserved that time just for you and your tan, filling spots last minute is difficult to do. Failure to provide 24 hours cancellation notice will void any returning customer discounts. I appreciate the consideration!

Tanning Parties (four or more people):

48 hour cancellation notice required in order for 100% of deposit to be refunded. If less than 48 hours deposit will be kept. Time has been blocked and put aside especially for your party and last minute cancellations are costly and very hard to fill that much time.

CONSENT FORMS-
All persons receiving an airbrush spray tan, airbrush make-up or body art/tattoo regardless of age must sign a Client Information/Consent Form.

AGE REQUIREMENT-
Persons 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Parental Consent forms must be signed first.
